Can I bring my other chidren to class?

Siblings are always allowed in classes where there is a family gathering time at the end, such as Young Child, or Imagine That.  Additionally, when you have siblings enrolled in their own respective age appropriate and current Kindermusik Stepping Stones class, they are allowed to come to their siblings class for free as a courtesy to the parents.  They will be expected to be non-disruptive to the other classmates, however, as a courtesy to the other families.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Adults coming to class will be asked to wear a mask as physical distancing with small children is limited.  Please bring your own.  Class size will be limited to a maximum of 5 children with 1 adult per child.  Children will not be required to wear a mask but will be directed to a family or individual "spot" for distancing opportunities.

Oops, I missed the beginning of the semester.  May I join at any time?

Of course.  While you will have missed out on the opening lessons, you are welcome to begin the process of learning at any time.  The cost of tuition can be pro-rated to reflect the classes that have already happened.

What if I try the class and find that it isn't what we were expecting...can we get a refund?

We offer an opportunity to have a preview class if you desire.  Classes are offered on a first paid enrolment basis, however, and families waiting for a preview before signing up may be disappointed to find out that their preferred time slot is no longer available following a preview.  I encourage families to enroll early to avoid situations like that.  If you are unhappy after 4 successive classes, I will refund you for classes not yet taken.  The home materials are yours to keep and enjoy.

Can I do make-up classes between in person and online class?

In person class attendees can make up a class with an online class, but class sizes are limited in the studio and will not be able to take make-up members from online classes.  One of the advantages of online classes is that even if your child is not feeling 100% they can still safely participate in their loved activities at home.

I would love to join, but I need some payment flexibility.  What options do you have?

Registration forms need to be accompanied by a registration deposit of $75 to hold your place.   I accept cash, cheques, and email transfers.  Once you submit your registration form, you can email transfer your deposit to

The balance is then brought to the first class, either as cheque, cash, or email transfer paid the day of class.  If you require another option,  please speak to Heather personally for your best direction.
